A letter that arrives during studio hours is usually answered within one business day, and a letter that asks for a desk sitting receives a proposed date in the same reply. If a question needs the person who owns a particular desk, the studio will say so and give an expected date rather than leave you waiting in silence.
Yes. The desk works across time zones and holds sittings by video when travel is not practical. Letters and glow notes are written in English, and the studio will agree a meeting window that overlaps with your working day. International engagements are bound by the same terms published on this website.
A short description of where the day stalls, the systems involved and the outcome you would like to see is enough. Please do not send credentials or personal data in a first letter. The desk will ask for anything else it needs after the first conversation, and it will explain why each item is required.
